All our products are custom made with love, so each piece is one of a kind.
This means your purchase may differ slightly from the image you see on the website, and there may be minor irregularities. For example, stone shades vary considerably within an acceptable tolerance, an effect which is magnified to different degrees by computer screens.
Returns are therefore only allowed if the product you purchased doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. We do not have a refund policy, we will be providing store credit for the same amount within 24 hours of us receiving the product back.
We also do not offer a cancellation policy once a purchase has been made, incase of any emergency, address change or contact information update please email immediately.
So, please carefully read the product description and follow the size chart and other guides mentioned along with each item before placing the order. If your piece is damaged or incorrect, please send us images of the product to request an exchange within 5 days of receiving the item to soljewelsin@gmail.com
Repairs
We offer repair services for all our jewellery products, including replating.
Please email me at soljewelsin@gmail.com and I’ll send you an estimate. You would need to bear the cost of the repairs and shipping.

This policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
